What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
There is no MOQ for neutral models. For customized branding (Logo & giftbox), the MOQ is typically 300 PCS per model.
What is the lead-time for orders?
Samples take 2-5 days. For bulk orders, it is approximately 25 working days after receipt of the deposit.
What is the warranty period for your products?
We offer a 2-year warranty starting from the date of shipment.
